MYTHS  :- 1. DO A LOT OF EXERCISE TO LOOSE WEIGHT  :- As many of the people suggest to do a lot exercise to loose weight but this sentence is completely wrong because exercise contributes 20% whereas healthy eating contributes 80% in weight loss. Exercise gives the way for muscles to grow but if you want to do weight loss it all depends on healthy eating. 2. STAY AWAY FROM FATS  :- As it comes to fats we think fats increase weight but the sentence is not completely correct, Because bad fats increase weight whereas good fats help in cutting bad fat of the body  So,avoid bad fats and eat good fats such as Nuts,dry fruits,etc. You should soak the nuts for 4-5hrs and peel off the skin and have it. Because it gets absorbed easily in body and contains more nutrition 3. YOU CAN LOOSE FAT/WEIGHT OF PARTICULAR BODY PART  :- If you think that doing abs exercise will lose your belly fat then you are thinking wrong . Because fat loss happens all around the body.
