MYTHS :-

1. DO A LOT OF EXERCISE TO LOOSE WEIGHT :-
As many of the people suggest to do a lot exercise to loose weight but this sentence is completely wrong because exercise contributes 20% whereas healthy eating contributes 80% in weight loss. Exercise gives the way for muscles to grow but if you want to do weight loss it all depends on healthy eating.
2. STAY AWAY FROM FATS :-
As it comes to fats we think fats increase weight but the sentence is not completely correct,
Because bad fats increase weight whereas good fats help in cutting bad fat of the body 
So,avoid bad fats and eat good fats such as Nuts,dry fruits,etc.
You should soak the nuts for 4-5hrs and peel off the skin and have it. Because it gets absorbed easily in body and contains more nutrition
3. YOU CAN LOOSE FAT/WEIGHT OF PARTICULAR BODY PART :-
If you think that doing abs exercise will lose your belly fat then you are thinking wrong . Because fat loss happens all around the body. But for faster results you can target thigh,back&legs muscles to loose weight as these muscles are long muscles of the body so fat loosing process gets speed up.

4. STARVING CAN HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT :-
If you are thinking eating less and starving food will loose your weight then you are thinking wrong, as you will starve it will loose some what weight but when you will eat it will show increase in weight and it will result in over eating
For loosing weight you have to be calorie deficit
But being calorie deficit means eating healthy 
You should eat but eat healthy.
5. YOU WILL GETS RESULTS IMMEDIATELY :-
First of all the weight loss is a long term process
Loosing weight in healthy way i.e. without getting harm to our body it takes time.
If you want to loose weight in few days then you have to starve your body which will affect your body and it will result in fatigue,etc.

TIPS :-

1. EAT COMPLEX CARBS :-
For weight loss eating complex carbs is necessary. As complex carbs can be easily broken by body so it gets easily digested by the
Body . You should avoid bad carbs such as refined flour (maida) ,etc.
You should have healthy complex carbs such as 
Dalia,whole-wheat,semi-brown rice,etc.


2. EAT MORE VEGETABLES & FRUITS :-
As vegetables and fruits are rich in fiber which helps in digestion and also eating fruits and vegetables helps in weight loss . So you should eat vegetable salads and fruits,but you should avoid them after sunset.
As it came to fruits rather than thinking that eating imported fruits will give more nutrition but it is wrong you should eat seasonal and local fruits as they are filled with more nutrition.
3. CUT REFINED SUGAR :-
Refined sugar is one of the greatest enemy of weight loss. As sugar is addictive in nature we cannot stop eating sweets once we start eating.
So you should completely avoid sugar because there are lacks of disadvantages of refined sugar and the BMI index of sugar is 68 as it is so high. Cutting of refined sugar for 30 days will take your weight loss journey to next level.
4. EAT PROBIOTICS :-
Having probiotics as a part of your diet because probiotic products contain lactobacillus bacteria Which helps in weight loss and boost the digestion 
Some examples of probiotics are curd,pickles,buttermilk,etc.
Consuming probiotics after lunch helps in digestion of food and you should add them in your daily diet.
But probiotics should not be consumed after sunset.
5. GOOD SLEEP :-
You might be thinking that how does sleep matters in weight loss?
But It matters a lot in weight loss 
As it is suggested that if a person is having a bad sleep then there are 57% chances of obesity 
So quality of sleep is as important as healthy eating and exercise.
It is mandatory to have a good sleep for 7-8 hrs
Sleeping more than 10 hrs can also increase laziness
