★ DRINKING WATER DURING MEALS 
Drinking water before or after meals is one of the most common mistake , as drinking water after meals is the best feeling , But this is one of the the most common mistake we do.
As our body secretes digestive enzymes to breakdown food those digestive enzymes gets diluted when we drink water. Thus , we suffer from poor digestion.
• How to Fix It ?
You should keep a gap of at least 40 minutes before or after meal.

★ GULPING DOWN WATER
In this modern era , to manage over time we did not pay attention towards health and do many mistakes
Among those mistake the one mistake is gulping down water or drinking it fast. As water helps to neutralize excessive acid in our body it needs to be combined with saliva. But as we gulp down water it does not gets mixed with saliva and Hence , we sometimes suffer from acidity.

★ DRINKING CHILLED WATER
Who doesn't like to drink the refrigerated water
But you will shocked to know there are many consequences of refrigerated water. as drinking refrigerated water shrinks blood vessels and it also solidifies the fat in body. The studies had proven that drinking chilled water can lead to decrease in height rate and it also aggravates joint pain.
People suffering with joint pains should strictly avoid chilled water

you can drink water at room temperature or else if you have habit of drinking chilled water you can replace it with earthen pots which is also known as refrigerator gifted by nature

★ DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER
Anything done in excess is harmful though the thing has advantages or disadvantages.
You should consume anything in limits to get proper nutrition.
This thing is also same for water as people suggest to stay hydrated it doesn't means that you should drink water continuously because drinking too much water dilutes electrolytes and sodium levels of our body so you should avoid drinking water forcefully.

This habit can be one of the worst mistake we all do while drinking water.
To save time we do wrong things but thinking about health we should avoid these mistakes.
As we drink water while standing our kidneys are unable to filter water properly and also our muscles are not relaxed hence it promotes joint pain.
You should strictly avoid drinking water while standing if you are suffering from joint pain.

The easy way to fix it you should sit and drink the water slowly and sip by sip.
