HOW TO GET FAT TO FIT


Today I would share 7 Tips Which I applied in my daily routine to transform from 
A FAT TO A FIT GUY .

So let's Get started :-

1. EAT PROTEIN IN EVERY MEAL :-

Protein is one of the main component of a healthy diet. Protein should be added in daily diet as eating protein keeps you filled for a long time and hence you not feel hungry. Adding protein in your daily diet not only helps in your weight loss but it helps to build your muscles & also helps in building body muscles. You should have protein source such as daal,egg whites,etc. Which are good source of protein.

2. EAT LIGHT FOODS :-

You should eat the foods which are light in nature. Because when we eat food heavy in nature it gets tough for the body to digest it and hence it results in weight gain you should have meal which is light and less in calories. It will not only help you loose weight but it also helps in proper and faster digestion. You can add complex carbs in your diet which are good examples of light foods. You should add wheat dalia, oats, semolina, whole wheat flour & semi brown rice in your daily diet these are some good source of light foods.

3. EAT SOLUBLE FIBER :-

As I had written in previous blog fibre plays on of the major role in weight loss as it gets digested faster and are less in calories it helps to remain calories deficit . Adding soluble fiber in  you daily diet absorbs water from your body and moves firmly from your intestines and doesn't cause any digestion aid. You should add vegetable salads in your daily diet as it is rich in soluble fiber and helps in faster weight loss. Fruits are also rich in dietary fiber but should have a whole fruit and avoid juices because dietary fibre is lossed in fruit juices. While making salads you can add raw vegetables of your choice and just add lemon juice you should not add salt but if you want you can sprinkle for taste

4. HAVE 3 MEALS A DAY :-

You should have just 2-3 meals a day as eating more meals increase your calorie intake and as we know eating more calories means weight gain. You should have 3 meals which are Breakfast/Evening Sanck , lunch & Dinner . You should either have breakfast or you should have evening snack bit you should not have both if you have to loose weight. And you should also take precautions that while having these meals you should be calorie deficit and have light foods you should avoid heavy meals such as meals which are deep fried and consisting Refined flour (maida).

5. DO HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) :-

These training is a Cardio training which is one of the best workout for fat loss as this workout consist of a lot of exercises with minimum rest timmings and helps to loose weight faster you should do this training as HIIT training is of just 10-15 mins workout which have very less rest timmings and hence it burns the excessive fat of the body fast . You can do jumping exercises and include many more cardio exercise with minimum rest 5 sec rest (max15 sec). It will quickly warm your body and helps to loose burn your body fat

6. DON'T FORGET STRENGTH TRAINING :-

As important is cardio for weight loss same importance is for strength training to transform our body from a fatty body to a fit lean body. Strength training helps to build up muscles and burn extra fat of the body . You should do HIIT training for 15-20 mins and then do strength training for 30-40 mins it will help you to get faster weight loss results. If you have dumbells you can do bicep curls,bench press,etc. But  if you don't have No Problem! you can add push-ups such as knee push-ups,wide arm push-ups,Hindu push-ups, crunches,situps in sets . You can perform all the exercises in the form of 10X10 sets.

7. AVOID STRESS :-

Our mental health also matters a lot in our weight loss journey as one of the major reason of weight gain among all the people is taking stress as we take stress our body release stress hormones and these horomnes gains our body weight and makes us obessed and hence we look fatty. You should avoid taking stress as it not only gains body weight but there are many consequences of taking stress. To avoid stress  you should calm your mind by meditating for 10- 15 mins in a day and observe your body and get behing the reason to be feel stressed and find the solution for it. You should try this method,
